1. Services

Tova Cleans provides residential cleaning services in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas through a network of independent contractor cleaners. When you book a service, we match you with an available, vetted cleaner who performs the cleaning according to our standards.

Our cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of Tova Cleans. Tova Cleans serves as a platform connecting customers with cleaning professionals.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time
• You will receive confirmation of your booking via email
• We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of cleaner unavailability, with reasonable advance notice

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Prices are as listed on our website and may be updated at any time. Your quoted price will not change after booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund, no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice: $35 late cancellation fee
• No-show or lockout: Full service charge may apply
• Recurring bookings may be paused or cancelled with 48 hours notice

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange for the affected areas to be re-cleaned at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or requests made outside the 24-hour window.

6. Access to Your Home

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include a key, access code, or being present to let the cleaner in. If access cannot be gained and we are not notified in advance, a lockout fee may apply.

You are responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and pets before your scheduled cleaning. Tova Cleans and its contractors are not responsible for damage to items that were not secured or disclosed prior to service.

7. Liability

Tova Cleans and its contractors carry general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by a cleaner during service, please notify us within 24 hours with documentation (photos). We will work with you and our insurance to resolve the matter.

Tova Cleans' liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Prohibited Requests

Our cleaners are not authorized to:

• Move heavy furniture or appliances
• Clean up biohazardous materials
• Perform tasks that require them to leave the property
• Work more than the scheduled time without prior authorization
• Handle firearms, illegal substances, or hazardous chemicals

9. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with any Tova Cleans cleaner for services outside of the Tova Cleans platform for a period of 12 months after your last booking. Violation of this clause may result in a referral fee of $500.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
